### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged throughout the class. Near the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is crucial for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
