### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class

During this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength session, you’re welcome to bypass the static holds at the end.
