### Glutes + Hip Mobility Class
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to another, ensuring steady movement throughout the session. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a thorough warm-up prior to a strength session, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
