### Hip Mobility + Glute Strength Session

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a longer warm-up or the start of an extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
