### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout our time together. As we near the end, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Integrating mobility work into your routine is crucial for optimal body function and injury prevention. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
