#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged the entire time. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches to deepen the practice. However, if you’re using this class to warm up for an extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to ensure your muscles remain ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for keeping a body that functions optimally and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
