### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring continuous movement during the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up prior to a strength training session, you’re welcome to skip the static stretches at the end.

Adding mobility exercises to your regimen is crucial for keeping your body operating at its best and minimizing injury risk. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other training sessions too.
