### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a more vigorous strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Incorporating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for keeping a well-functioning, injury-free body. Additionally, as your mobility advances, you will likely notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
