### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility drill to another, maintaining a continuous flow throughout the session. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a comprehensive warm-up before a strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for sustaining a well-functioning, injury-free body. Moreover, as your mobility advances, you may notice improved performance in your other fitness endeavors as well.
