#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
Throughout this class, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a couple of static stretches to enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts as well.
