### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring there’s constant movement. Toward the end, we’ll include several static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
