### **Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement throughout. Near the end, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds.
Incorporating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for optimal movement and preventing injuries. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
