#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches to intensify the work. However, if you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.
