### Hip Mobility + Glutes Session
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining continuous movement throughout the session. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.
