### Hip Flexibility + Glute Class
During this session, we’ll transition smoothly between various hip flexibility sequences without interruption. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. Should you be using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength regimen, feel free to bypass the static holds.
