### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce several static stretches. If you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, I suggest omitting the static holds at the end.
