#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the movements fluid throughout. Toward the end, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a longer strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds to keep your muscles engaged and primed for more.
Mobility training is vital for preserving a body that operates at its best and is free from injuries. As you develop your mobility, you may find that your performance in other workouts improves as well.
