#### What to Expect in This Class
In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous motion all the way through. Towards the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength training workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for more strenuous activities.
