#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we will add in a few static stretches. If you are using this class as a comprehensive warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility training is crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains free from injury. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably experience better performance in your other workouts too.
