### **Class Summary: Lower Body Strength Circuits**

#### **Required Equipment:**
– A single heavy weight (I’m using a 20 lb dumbbell)
– Optional: Resistance band loop

#### **What You’ll Discover:**
The session starts with a guided warm-up aimed at promoting mobility and dynamic movements to prepare your body and increase warmth. Following that, we will explore two distinct circuits:

– **Circuit 1:** Four exercises
– **Circuit 2:** Five exercises

Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds, succeeded by 10 seconds of rest or preparation time. After finishing all exercises in a circuit, you’ll enjoy a 30-second rest before repeating it.

– Circuit 1 is done four times (twice for the right side, twice for the left).
– Circuit 2 is done three times.

You’ll have a one-minute rest between the two circuits. Feel free to pause the video and take extra breaks if necessary. Always pay attention to your body and adjust or stop as needed.

The session wraps up with a guided cool-down and stretching routine to assist your body in recovery.
