### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement the entire time. Towards the end, we’ll introduce a couple of static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength routine, I suggest omitting the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining optimal body function and preventing injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts too.
