### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping your body engaged throughout the session. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re treating this class as a prolonged warm-up or the start of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest you skip the static holds at the conclusion.
