### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping a continuous flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll take it down a notch with a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
