In this session, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility flow to another, keeping the movements lively and engaging. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches for deeper engagement. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up for a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
