### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we will seamlessly transition through a variety of hip mobility drills, progressing from one flow to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a more intense strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
