### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining dynamic movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a longer strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility exercises are essential for keeping a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely see improved performance in your other workouts.
