#### What to Expect in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll engage in a continuous flow of hip mobility exercises, emphasizing dynamic movements. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a lengthier strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous activity.
