#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the movements remain dynamic throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to maintain muscle activation.
