### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping a continuous flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a couple of static stretches to really open everything up. If you intend to use this class as a longer warm-up for a more extensive strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
Mobility exercises are crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and minimizing the chance of injury. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably see improved performance in your other workouts as well.
