During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. As we near the end, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
