In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring a consistent flow of movement. Toward the conclusion of the class, we’ll ease our pace with some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
