### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body remains in motion the entire time. As we approach the end of the session, we’ll take it down a notch with some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
