#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll move seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. At the conclusion, we’ll add some static stretches to deepen the practice. However, if you’re using this as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility training is crucial for ensuring that your body performs optimally and stays free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely experience improved performance in your other workouts.
