#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more comprehensive strength workout, feel free to bypass the static holds at the conclusion.
