#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility exercises are crucial for sustaining a body that performs at its best and remains free from injuries. Moreover, as you enhance your mobility, you will likely experience improved performance in your other workouts.
