### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a thorough warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is essential for ensuring your body operates at its optimum level and minimizing injury risk. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably experience improved performance in your other workouts.
