#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we will seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. At the conclusion, we’ll incorporate a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this session as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for continued movement.
Mobility exercises are crucial for ensuring your body operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
