#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a precursor to a more extended strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
