### What to Anticipate in the Glutes + Hip Mobility Class
In this class, we’ll transition effortlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring we keep moving continuously. Towards the end, we will add a few static stretches to enhance our work. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as a kickoff for a more extensive strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
