### Class Details: Glutes + Hip Mobility
In this session, we’ll flow fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next without interruption. Towards the end, we’ll move into a few static stretches. If you intend to use this session as an extended warm-up or the start of a more comprehensive strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility exercises are crucial for maintaining a body that functions efficiently and avoids injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts.
