#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Toward the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to enhance the experience. However, if you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Engaging in mobility work is vital for sustaining a well-functioning body and preventing injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice better performance in your other workouts.
