#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll flow seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll incorporate a few static stretches to intensify the practice. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.
