### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will seamlessly transition from one hip mobility drill to another, ensuring the body remains in motion throughout. Near the conclusion, we will introduce a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as a kickstart to a more extensive strength routine, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
