#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the end, we’ll decelerate with a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for further activity.

Mobility work is crucial for keeping a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts too.
