### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this class, we will transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Near the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches to thoroughly open up. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the start of a longer strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.

Engaging in mobility exercises is vital for maintaining a well-functioning, injury-free body. Moreover, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see a boost in your performance in other workouts too.
