### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll continuously transition from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the body stays active throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more prolonged strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
