### What to Anticipate in This Class
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly between various hip mobility routines, maintaining a continuous flow of movement. Near the end of the session, we’ll gradually slow down with some static stretches. Should you use this class as an extended warm-up or a precursor to a more extensive strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
