#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring constant movement throughout. Toward the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more demanding activities.

Mobility training is crucial for a body that performs at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll also experience improved performance in your other workouts.
