### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Toward the end, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Mobility exercises are crucial for maintaining optimal body function and preventing injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you may likely experience better performance in your other workouts.
