#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the end, we’ll include some static stretching. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the initiation of a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for further activity.
